1. What are your Nappy Cakes made of?
   We only use Pampers Swaddlers Nappy's in our cakes as well as a variety of necessary baby items that the new mom will enjoy.

2. What products do you use in your cakes?
   We only use premium brand products like Baby Gund, Gund, Disney, Gerber, and Playtex as we believe in these brands.

3. Can you make custom designs?
   Of course! If it is a specific colour or theme that you would like, contact us via our Create-Your-Own Cake form and we will email you a quote within 24 hours.

4. How long will my order take to be delivered?
   Normally we will have your order posted within 2 days. If you have a specific day for the cake to be delivered, please let us know. We have been known to have the orders done the same day as well.

5. What if I need my order rushed?
   No Problem! Email us before you order and we can give you a quote for Express or Rush delivery.

6. Where are you located?
   Our studio is in our home in Luton, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom.

7. Do you accept credit cards?
   We do! We use PayPal. Their site is very secure as they use the same servers as the banks so they are completely safe! I have never had a problem in over 5 years of using them.

8. Where do you ship?
   At this time we ship via Royal Mail to all of the United Kingdom.
